A branded internal employee digest designed for a company's workforce and delivered digitally each month. I built the full publication system — cover design, editorial structure, and article layouts — with a dark navy and gold identity that stays consistent issue to issue while the theme and content rotate monthly. The layout prioritizes skimmability, so employees can move through each issue quickly and editors can update content without rebuilding the design.
